For SAP’s flagship customer event, SAP Sapphire, the company wanted to showcase their stated ambition to be the best enterprise application company across. The current homepage does not adequately represent SAP’s $127 billion market cap, and users who visit the page bounce at a high rate.
Building a more immersive digital front door for SAP
INSPIRATION
Through various stakeholder workshops, we were quickly able to identify that the experience was less than intuitive, with users finding it difficult to navigate to find information. As this was an internal software, it hadn’t been updated recently and with added functionality, was proving to be quite a challenge for users.

Our goal from a business perspective was to optimize lead generation and increase conversions. We recognized that a significant percentage of users visiting the site were dropping off at a high rate, and
THAT’S ALL FOLKS!
The released version of the site has been well received by our customers. However, there are still improvements that can be made. A patient or caregiver should be able to filter through care programs even more, and customize the view based on their needs.
We helped revise a foundation that allowed us to build on top of. The patterns and designs created would later help inform future parts of the site as we constantly strive to improve the experience for patients and families.
